Melanie C, 48, is as ripped as she was when she broke onto the scene almost 30 years ago, as she bared her unbelievable abs during a recent solo performance in London.

The former Spice Girl was seen wearing her signature track pants and sports bra as she took to the stage at O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire for her UK headline tour, giving fans a glimpse at her incredibly ripped figure.

It’s no surprise Melanie still as fit as ever, with the mother-of-one regularly sharing her healthy diet on her Instagram stories.

Though the meals certainly don’t look like they’ll spice up your life, it’s clear they have a drastic impact on her ripped figure.

One of her lunches shows a plate of portion-controlled grilled chicken, a chopped sweet potato and a few green beans, served with a side of papaya and lime (does she eat the lime on its own?!).

Melanie also shares her regular workouts on her Instagram page, which boasts almost 900,000 followers.

The singer is currently embarking on a solo tour across her homeland, after reports a planned Spice Girls reunion tour and movie was axed.

An insider revealed to The Sun earlier this month: “It was going brilliantly – but Covid killed the momentum.

“Now it’s done again. There’s nothing on the agenda and they’re focusing on their own things.”

Geri Horner, formerly Halliwell, and Mel B had been the driving force behind the group’s massive reunion tour – which culminated in sold out gigs at Wembley Stadium despite the absence of Victoria Beckham.

The dates proved such a hit that the band was persuaded to carry on, with Mel B announcing Australian gigs on stage at their final show.

They later unveiled an animated film, which would have included Posh Spice, where they would voice superhero characters, but that all appears dead in the water. At least, for now.
