Sony's PlayStation VR 2 is one of the best VR headsets, despite having a somewhat limited game library compared to many of the other options, at least for now. The PSVR 2 is an impressive bit of kit, and it's been out for long enough now that the odd deal is starting to pop up. So, to help you out, we've collected the best ones and put them all here.

The PSVR 2 takes your PlayStation 5 gaming experience to a whole new level and offers some fun VR games to choose from. Deals are usually difficult to come by unless you choose a bundle that comes with one of the best PSVR 2 games. For example, Horizon Call of the Mountain is an excellent game, and if you buy it bundled with your new headset you'll save a little cash.

We've rounded up all the best PSVR 2 prices and game discounts on the web today, and we'll keep this page updated as deals come and go.

Best PlayStation VR 2 deals

Sony's PSVR 2 unit retails for $550 and is readily available at Sony, as well as at major retailers like Amazon, Best Buy and Walmart. Unfortunately, the Days of Play sale is behind us, which means that the deals are no more.

Sony's Days of Play sale had slashed the price of the PSVR 2 Horizon bundle by 17%, which equates to savings of more than $100. It was meant to end on June 12, but as of the time of writing this, this particular deal is still active on Amazon.

The Room VR is currently 25%, and PS Plus members can get an extra $2 off. The game has you getting to the bottom of a strange disappearance by investigating unusual places and exploring the space between reality and illusions. It's a fun game by all accounts, and it's also the only good sale available right now.

How much does a PlayStation VR 2 cost?

Sony's PSVR 2 has a retail price of $550. The set includes the headset itself as well as two PSVR 2 Sense controllers. There are occasional discounts, but this is the retail price that the manufacturer has set.

Does the PlayStation VR 2 require a PS5?

Yes, you must own a PS5 to set up and use the PlayStation VR 2 headset. The PSVR 2 isn't a stand-alone, self-contained headset like Meta's Quest 3 or Quest Pro; it has to be tethered to Sony's latest-gen console. Fortunately, it's a lot easier than it used to be to get your hands on a PS5, which is currently available at SonyAmazon and Best Buy.
