Jared Waerea-Hargreaves’ stint in the sin bin midway through the half may be the headline but the Roosters’ defence is probably the story of the game so far. The Dragons have had a lot of chances on their line and only scored once, late in the half, while the Tricolours have struck twice (and added a penalty goal) and look likely to add to their total every time they get an attacking opportunity.

Skipper James Tedesco has probably been the Roosters’ best, with a try assist, a game-high 138 run metres and five tackle busts.
