Amazon Prime Day deals are set to ramp up soon but Walmart isn't waiting around with its "biggest ever" Walmart Deals event already getting underway today. The retailer is offering big discounts across a range of products and one of those means there has never been a better time to buy a new M1 MacBook Air. Normally $699 via Walmart, you can now nab one for just $649 for a limited time. That's a super-low price for a laptop that sold for $999 just a few years ago.

This deal is available exclusively to Walmart Plus subscribers from noon ET today, July 8, but it will open up to everyone at 5 p.m ET. The discount is available across all three colors but we can't vouch for how quickly Walmart's MacBook Air stocks will run dry.
