Ryley Batt lifted in the last quarter with the bronze medal on the line, refusing to end his Paralympic career with anything other than a victory.

Batt admitted to Channel Nine it wasn't the medal he really wanted, but he was still mighty proud of his team's efforts.

"It's good but it's bittersweet though, probably should be playing tonight in the final but unfortunately those little errors yesterday, it was bloody hard to sleep last night I tell you what that game kept playing in my head.

"It was pretty good of the guys and girls to bounce back on that one.

"We were pretty down from yesterday, I know I was struggling a lot yesterday, it's actually incredible the amount of people in Australia who've sent so much support.

"It's not gold, that sucks, gotta move on from that, but we'll take that rose gold, now got the full set two golds, silver, bronze, few Worlds, pretty happy with that."

Batt also had a message for the fans back home, new and old.

"Make sure you support us after the Games too when we're finished, keep that level of support going. "
