The Kiwi Ferns' defence was immense in that half as they weathered volley after volley from the Australian team that score 17 tries last week, but just couldn't hold on as the Jillaroos got a roll on late.

Millie Elliott has been phenomenal at prop for Australia, while the Kiwi Ferns forwards have been powerful through the middle, with Angeline Teakaraanga-Katoa, Amber Hall and Georgia Hale particularly damaging.

Ashleigh Quinlan introduced another attacking element from dummy half, but it's really a coin toss right now.

None of the Jillaroos' outside backs have been allowed to shine the way they did last week, and on the other side, New Zealand needs to put Mele Hufanga one on one against Tiana Penitani or Jess Sergis.
