You Can Pay to Sleep Well. Here's How to Not Waste Your Money

We give you three tips on how to get better sleep without breaking the bank.

The sleep pot is cool, but you probably don't need it. Not when it's over $2000 and there are more cost effective ways to sleep. Cool. The average person doesn't need to spend a lot to sleep. Well, based on my experience testing and reviewing sleep products, I've realized that we've overcomplicated sleep and we've spent a lot of money in the process. Here are the three essentials you need to sleep well and two, you can probably skip. First is a mattress that suits your body, sight, sleeping position and budget. The second is a pillow that feels comfortable. It doesn't have to be a fancy loft or shape, maybe try the cast for original pillow and finally a comfy blanket that suits your temperature preference. I like the sleep number. True temp blanket at home. You can probably skip that expensive bed. A high price tag doesn't automatically mean you're gonna sleep better. You can also skip the adjustable base unless you snore have mobility issues, adjustable bases are often more expensive than they're worth. Now, it can sometimes be worth it to spend more to solve a specific sleep problem like insomnia or hot flashes but otherwise it's too easy to waste your money for more on smart spending.
