Over the last 12-18 months, together with our franchisees, McDonald’s Australia has partnered with the Salvation Army and the Salvation Army Employment Plus to undertake a pilot program to support the employment and the job placement of young people facing adversity across New South Wales and Queensland.
The program, titled Going 4 Gold, is a four-stage, six month program designed to empower and cultivate character development for long term life skills and success, as well as provide a safe and secure pathway to permanent work.
