CraigTozerBIO: As CEO of Oporto, Tozer has led the company through a brand transformation since he came on board in 2015. This has included refurbishing the stores, launching the small format stores and bringing back the founder, Antonio Cerqueira, into the business. Previously, Tozer worked as head of corporate development and strategy at QSRH.

COMPANY PROFILE: Oporto was first launched as a family business in 1986 by Portuguese immigrant, Antonio Cerqueira. Now, there are more than 140 Oporto stores around Australia, serving Antonio’s flame-grilled Portuguese chicken.
