CALLING all Kinder Surprise fans — shops will now stock giant eggs ahead of Easter which are five times the size of the regular egg.
Chocolate fans were warned Easter eggs would be “smaller and more expensive” this year in the UK, but Kinder bucked this trend as one of these special eggs can fill the lucky holder’s hand.
This news comes just before Easter — where many people will be happily eating countless chocolate eggs.
Children (and adults) everywhere will be thrilled to note that these eggs still come with toys.
The eggs are themed, with a choice between Barbie (pink) or The Smurfs (white).
As with the change in size, the price has not stayed the same as the regular and smaller eggs.
Retailing for $7.99, the 100g giant eggs will be available at Coles, Woolworths and selected IGA’s across Australia.
