Wallabies veteran Adam Ashley-Cooper appears to have pulled his hamstring while getting into the latest viral internet challenge.
In his Get Out Challenge video, Ashley-Cooper runs in a car park towards the camera and quickly darts to the right, which leaves him grabbing the back of his left thigh in pain.
"Ah, f***," he says as he limps away.
The challenge is inspired by a scene in comedian Jordan Peele's new film, Get Out, where the groundskeeper Walter runs straight towards the main character Chris before making a sharp turn.
After injuring himself, Ashley-Cooper, who will finish his contract with French club Bordeaux-Begles at the end of the European rugby union season, tweeted a photo of himself sitting on a treatment table wearing what looks like a compression sleeve.
The ordeal got a few laughs from his former team-mates.
Fellow Wallabies player Matt Giteau, who plays for French club Toulon, tweeted "worth it... #GetOutOfTrainingChallenge".
"Head up old son. You'll be back soon. #portchoawaits" said Kurtley Beale, who last week announced he would come back to Australia after a stint with leading English club Wasps.
