The most destructive fire in California’s history, dubbed the Camp Fire, had burned 105,000 acres, destroyed more than 6,000 structures and killed at least nine people. As of November 10, it was only 20 percent contained. CAL Fire warned an estimated 15,000 structures were in the fire’s path as the blaze burned towards the southwest, threatening the city of Orville. Officials had ordered evacuations in the counties of: Paradise, Magalia, Concow, Butte Creek Canyon and Butte Valley. This video was taken by a resident of Paradise, California, as he drives down Elliott Road in the aftermath of the Camp Fire. “That’s mine… she gone,” he says while passing by his own house.
