Alyssa Healy has overcome personal heartbreak to blast the Sydney Sixers to a landslide 74-run belting of the Adelaide Strikers and to the top of the WBBL ladder.

Coming off 70 not out on Thursday against Hobart, Healy cracked an unbeaten 112 off 69 balls to launch the Sixers to a formidable 1-206 – the second highest-ever WBBL team total – which proved well beyond the Strikers who were skittled for just 132 on Friday.

It was Healy's highest score, her second career WBBL ton – her first was also against Adelaide at Hurstville Oval – and the second-best individual score in the competition's history, behind teammate Ash Gardner's 114 a year ago.

"It was a hot day but I enjoyed my time out there," Healy said.
