Roger Federer has started his Hopman Cup campaign in perfect fashion, brushing past world No.91 Cameron Norrie 6-1, 6-1 in 57 minutes.
Federer faced three break points in his first service game, but kept his cool to race out to a 5-0 lead.
Norrie rarely challenged the world No.3, with Federer's win giving Switzerland a 1-0 lead over Great Britain ahead of Belinda Bencic's clash with Katie Boulter.
