Some readers may have believed the article implied that Chris Buchanan, while employed as CEO of Tigerlily, acted inappropriately and that his employment was terminated as a result.

These imputations were false, the article was incorrect, and we retract the story and wish to extend a genuine apology to Mr Buchanan for the error and the harm caused.
