The general managers are based in the largest market in each cluster and report to chief commercial officer Martino Pessina, who reports to Pandora’s president and CEO, Alexander Lacik.

Australia is in the Pacific cluster, which also includes New Zealand and Fiji.

Pandora said in March that the restructure would cost an estimated DKK 1.3 billion ($302.2 million) and result in the loss of 180 jobs in regional offices, including a small number in Australia.

i=Change launches advisory board

i=Change founder Jeremy Melzer (pictured)has announced the launch of an advisory board for the platform, which helps retailers to give back to communities in need.

The board is made up of several retail experts including Dan Murphy’s head of e-commerce Lynna Barrett; CIO of City Beach Paul Downs; Clear Commerce consultant Helena Gabanski-Sykes; CEO at Scanlan and Theodore Paul Cherny, Afterpay head of sales Rachel Kelly and group treasure at McMillan Shakespeare, Bruce Heron.

Michael Hill appoints new company secretary

Michael Hill International has appointed Emily Bird as a company secretary. She will share the duties with Andrew Lowe, who is CS and CFO.

Bird has previously been in-house counsel for Lactalis Australia and Virgin Blue (now Virgin Australia). She has also practiced with top-tier law firm Clayton Utz.

She is replacing Richard Amos, who has resigned.

Proud leaves the Catch building

Russell Proud has left online marketplace Catch after three and a half years as general manager of operations.

Previously, Proud was GM of Exclusive Brands for more than three years. Prior to that, he was head of product for Kogan.com.

He is also the co-founder of MoneyHorse, a statistical tool for the horse-racing industry.
