Brisbane Lions legend and breakfast radio host Jonathan Brown has quietly sold his Camberwell family home in an off-market deal.
The former captain, three-time premiership player and two-time All-Australian has handballed the 95 Broadway property that he paid $4.02m for in 2017, according to CoreLogic data.
The records reveal Brown initially listed the five-bedroom Federation charmer with a $4.495m price tag in January last year, but the home was pulled from the market after 39 days without a sale.

The Herald Sun understands Marshall White Boroondara handled the off-market sale. However, agency partner Chris Barrett declined to comment on the identity of the vendor or the sale.
CoreLogic images also show the Browns’ extensive renovation.
The 1910s abode has been significantly updated since it was purchased as a dated period home, but the modern revamp had retained its “historic elegance”, the 2020 listing reads.
Other “quality features” include timber parquetry floors, stone benchtops, a kitchen with a butler’s pantry, and a “stylish family bedroom” with a double vanity.
The host of Nova’s Chrissie, Sam and Browny traded up the 1070sq m property for a nearby $7.335m luxury pad in Canterbury, which was bought in his wife Kylie’s name in 2019.
The family’s new five-bedroom residence occupies a more than 3000sq m block, complete with “an outdoor entertaining sanctuary”, a swimming pool, guesthouse, floodlit tennis court and even a vineyard.
The Browns also previously owned a 2.3ha country retreat on the Gold Coast, but sold the Currumbin Valley home for $3.5m in 2018.
It was reported the pair and their three children barely got to enjoy that Hamptons-inspired house and additional luxury barn-style residence, as work commitments kept them in Melbourne.
Brown played 256 games and kicked 594 goals across his decorated AFL career between 2000-2014.
A Coleman Medal and three best and fairest awards are among his other football accolades.
He has since gone on to feature on Fox Footy’s On the Couch and joined Nova’s breakfast show in 2015.
