Travis Wright, former general manager of fashion online retailer Esther & Co, is taking the reins as CEO at iconic Australian swimwear brand, Tigerlily.

Wright left Esther & Co earlier this month after almost seven years at the business, during which time she helped grow revenue by more than five times and improved profitability.

Wright was instrumental in leading the turnaround of Esther & Co last year and will bring years of online retail, marketing and fashion experience to her new role at Tigerlily – as well as lessons learned in her jewellery business, Travel by Travis. Earlier this year, she landed the seventh spot in Inside Retail‘s Top 50 in E-Commerce list.

Former Tigerlily CEO Adam Wilkinson exited the business earlier this month, where he also oversaw travel and accessories brand, Crumpler. After Tigerlily fell into voluntary administration in 2019, Wilkinson led the integration of the swimwear brand into the Crumpler business. Wilkinson is now at fashion giant, PAS Group, where he has taken on the newly created position of head of new business.
