There may be a reason why Scott Disick has criticised the public displays of affection exhibited by his ex Kourtney Kardashian and her boyfriend Travis Barker during their trip to Italy.
According to Entertainment Tonight, Disick, 38, is still bothered by his ex dating the Blink-182 drummer. That's likely why he allegedly reached out to Kardashian's ex-boyfriend, Younes Bendjima.
However, instead of Bendjima siding with Disick, the French model shared an alleged screenshot of their private message exchange on Instagram, in which Disick seemingly mocked Kardashian and Barker's most recent kissing photo.
"Scott has always been a little salty and upset about Kourtney and Travis' relationship from the beginning," a source told ET.
"He doesn't love thinking or talking about it. He tries to focus on his own life as much as possible, but sometimes it feels like it's in his face and hard to avoid."
This past week, Kardashian, 41, and Barker, 45, have been holidaying in Portofino where they haven't shied away from PDAs, sharing various photos of themselves kissing and caressing on Instagram.
"Seeing Kourtney and Travis get more and more serious and her move on in this intense way has been a bit of a sore subject," the source added.

But Kardashian and Barker — who've been dating since January but were long-term neighbours — remain "unbothered" by Disick's feelings about their relationship.
Even his message to Bendjima, which read, "Yo is this chick OK!???? Broooo, like what is this? In the middle of Italy" was not a factor in how the couple enjoyed the rest of their vacation.
"Kourtney and Travis are unbothered by everything and in their own little bubble," the source said.
Disick and Kardashian — who share three kids Mason, 11, Penelope, nine, and Reign, six — split in 2015 after photos of him partying on a yacht with his ex Chloe Bartoli went viral.
