Xiaomi's only took only 2% (two) for profit margin for all their bussiness company. That different for samsung, iphone or even the other chinese brands like huawei, zte, oppo, vivo and realme.

But as their user for many years, I have no doubt for their built quality for making smartphone as good as samsung even iphone with lower price. That's why xiaomi become #1 smarphone brand in Indonesia now.

Big relief Xiaomi is getting serious about international tablet sales. Right now for Android we only have Samsung tablets on the premium side and they are way too overpriced. If you're going to spend 800 gbp + may aswell skip a Samsung tablet and get an iPad.

If these prices are really correct that is completely outrageous. I'm waiting for the mi11t pro to release but at that price that is big big no.

Everyone moaning about how expensive Xiaomi is becoming.. um use your brain and realise. As technology becomes more advanced things become more pricey. And also there's something called inflation. U can't expect a phone to have the latest CPu, gpu ,soc,120hz 5000mah battery 65W charger super amoled 100+MP main sensor and that to cost all less than 500 USD.
The GSMArena community is so brain-dead sometimes

Why? Xiaomi seems to release some slight variation every month or so, to keep in the news cycle and upsell the easily excited. This strategy may work for cheap phones, but as prices move higher, people expect flawless software and support, which is not exactly the case with Xiaomi.
