Sky News host Paul Murray has torn into the media coverage of Labor Leader Anthony Albanese, arguing that “each-way Albo” has been given a free run.

Mr Murray pointed to Mr Albanese’s trip to Western Australia at a time “the total focus of our national leadership” should be on Australia’s flood crisis.

“But of course, there is an election to win and the rules don’t apply when it comes to each-way Albo,” Mr Murray said.

“According to the latest opinion polls, yes the Labor Party is still leading in Western Australia but the Liberal Party is starting to come back.”
