After 20 years as director, Graham Durant is about to leave Questacon. He reflects on his early days studying geology, diving for samples in the waters around the UK and his work establishing the Glasgow Science Centre which opened in 2001. Graham says Questacon is ideally placed in Canberra with the National Gallery and National Library as neighbours. He says Questacon is looking to expand its facilities as it continues its work communicating the big issues in science.
