All the Late Mail for Round 17 of the 2022 NRL Telstra Premiership.

Sharks v Storm, Thursday 7.50pm at PointsBet Stadium

Sharks: Nicho Hynes and Toby Rudolf are out after testing positive to COVID. Braydon Trindall is the new halfback and Andrew Fifita joins the starting side at prop. The new man on the bench is Braden Hamlin-Uele, who makes his return from a pectoral injury. With Siosifa Talakai on Origin duty Connor Tracey comes into the centres.

Storm: No late changes expected for the Storm. Dean Ieremia comes in on the wing and Nick Meaney moves to five-eighth with Jayden Nikorima dropping to 18th Man. Brandon Smith will start at hooker, Josh King is the new lock and Nelson Asofa-Solomona will start at prop with Tui Kamikamica going to the bench.

Knights v Rabbitohs, Friday 7.55pm at McDonald Jones Stadium

Knights: Jayden Brailey is set to return from a long-term achilles injury off the bench while Bradman Best will play in his return from an elbow injury, replacing Dane Gagai (Origin) in the centres. Tex Hoy again wears the No.1 jersey in place of Kalyn Ponga, who is also away with the Maroons. Jacob Saifiti was named on the bench but could be a late withdrawal following Jordan McLean's injury in Blues camp.

Rabbitohs: Latrell Mitchell will captain the Rabbitohs for the first time with Cameron Murray on Origin duty. Mark Nicholls been named to take over at lock for Murray but seems unlikely to play as he is still experiencing concussion symptoms after failing a HIA last week. His place in the side could be taken by Daniel Suluka-Fifita, who joined the club on Monday after he was granted an early release by the Roosters.

Wests Tigers v Eels, Saturday 7.35pm at Leichhardt Oval

Wests Tigers: Skipper James Tamou returns after being a late withdrawal from the Warriors game with a calf injury. Adam Doueihi starts in the centres for James Roberts, while Justin Matamua will make his NRL debut off the bench.

Eels: Enforcer Junior Paulo will be in Blues camp so Marata Niukore steps into the starting side at prop and Ryan Matterson returns at lock after missing Round 16 with a rib injury. Should Matterson fail to return from the rib complaint, Oregon Kaufusi or Makahesi Makatoa could move into the run-on side with Nathan Brown joining the bench against his former club. Skipper Clint Gutherson is part of Brad Fittler's extended NSW squad but he'll be released to lead the Eels.

Broncos v Dragons, Sunday 4.05pm at Suncorp Stadium

Broncos: Tesi Niu takes over at fullback for Te Maire Martin (ribs); Jordan Pereira comes on the wing for Selwyn Cobbo (Origin); while Keenan Palasia and Ryan James are the new props for Payne Haas (shoulder) and Corey Jensen (calf). Tyson Gamble is included on the bench with Cory Paix.

Dragons: Winger Mat Feagai has been named to play despite hobbling with a knee injury on Sunday and is expected to be right to play, although Tautau Moga and Jonathon Reuben have both been included in the reserves. Jayden Sullivan takes over at halfback in the only change to the side that beat the Raiders
