A super Sunday headlines the final round of the season after the AFL locked in the fixture for Round 23 on Tuesday.
With the season tipped to go down to the wire, the AFL has moved to ensure the make up of the ladder comes down to the final day of year.
Brisbane v Melbourne will open Round 23 on Friday night, while Essendon v Richmond at the MCG headlines Saturday.
But the main action is saved for the final day of the season, with all three games on Sunday set to shape the eight.
Hawthorn v Western Bulldogs begins at 1:10pm, with Carlton v Collingwood at the MCG starting at 3:20pm in front of what should be a bumper crowd.
St Kilda will take on Sydney at 4:40 in the last match of the season, which will likely decide the final make up of the eight.
