New South Wales

The state has recorded 22 new deaths in the latest reporting period.

There are 2,257 people in hospital with COVID-19, and 67 people in intensive care.

There have been 14,927 positive tests reported.

Victoria

The state has reported a high number of deaths today because of data feed issues this month.

This has meant 105 additional deaths have been reported on top of today's two deaths, taking the total tally for today to 107.

There are 813 people in hospital, 32 in intensive care, and 10 being ventilated.

There were 10,989 new cases.

Queensland

Queensland has recorded 17 deaths and 9,420 cases of COVID-19.

The number of Queenslanders in hospital with COVID has fallen below 1,000 for the second consecutive day.

There are 906 patients being treated in the state’s public and private hospitals, down from 955 yesterday.

There are 30 people being managed in intensive care.

South Australia

Seven deaths of people with COVID-19 have been reported in South Australia, all in their 80s and 90s.

There are 341 people in hospital.

Another 3,148 cases were reported and there are 24,321 active cases.
