Sometimes bigger is better. That thinking certainly applies to home projectors, and right now Taiwanese manufacturer Optoma is offering several products in its range at discounts of up to 23% at Amazon. The cheapest of which is the Optoma UHD38x which is equally great for playing the latest video games or enjoying the latest movies. It's been discounted by $202, dropping from its usual asking price of $1,151 to $949.
With 4,000 lumens to bring about the most realistic lighting, alongside true 4K UHD and an ultra-low input lag of four milliseconds, it's hard to beat a projector when it comes to immersion. To get this size of an image from a TV, you'd be looking at paying more than three times the cost.

The other two notable deals to look out for are the Optoma UHZ66 for $1,799 and the Optoma 35STx at $1,199. The former has received a price cut of $371, a 17% discount, while the latter has fallen by $350, a 23% savings on the retail price. The Optoma UHZ66 is also the lowest price we have on record at Amazon, so that's worth noting, too. Both are known for their superb performance with higher specs and features and may be worth the splurge if you're willing to pay a bit more. These offers are available until Aug. 25.
