The first Sunday Night Football game of the 2024 NFL season is a rematch of last season's Wild Card playoff game in which the Lions defeated the Rams. The Lions and Rams are expected to be in the NFC playoff mix again this season, each led by a steady veteran quarterback who previously played for the other team. The Rams traded Jared Goff to the Lions for Matthew Stafford three years ago, and it's been a good fit for both ever since.
The Rams-Lions game is set to start tonight at 8:20 p.m. ET (5:20 p.m. PT). It's available to watch nationally on NBC or stream on Peacock.
