On Tuesday Samsung Australia unveiled the Galaxy Note to the Aussie Public. In this video Daniel speaks to Tyler McGee, vice president of communications at Samsung AUS about the new device to hit the market.
Info about the Samsung Galaxy Note:
Samsung Electronics Australia today announced the availability of the highly anticipated GALAXY Note. The GALAXY Note fits within its own product category, combining the on-the-go benefits of a tablet while maintaining smartphone functionality -- creating an amazing user experience.
The GALAXY Note has a 5.3" HD Super AMOLED display -- an expansive high-resolution screen that provides an immersive viewing experience. Taking full advantage of the large display, users will be able to view multiple pages within the one 5.3" screen with the added benefit of minimum scrolling. In addition, an advanced pen-input technology, called the S Pen, is combined with the GALAXY Note's full touch screen, enabling users to freely capture and create ideas while on-the-go.
"The Samsung GALAXY Note represents a new category of Samsung portable devices for Australian consumers," said Tyler McGee, Vice President of Telecommunications, Samsung Electronics Australia. "The product combines the freedom of a paper notebook with the connectivity of Samsung's smartphone technology and services, providing consumers with great flexibility all-round" he added.
The GALAXY Note is available in stores now from RRP $899.
