In 1903, W.G.George ran one mile in a world record time of 4 minutes, 12 seconds. His coach said 'the probability is that this record will never be broken'. In 1954, both Roger Bannister and John Landy broke the 'four minute mile' and to this day, these records continue to be broken. Interviews with Dick Telford, Craig Mottram, Kerryn McCann and Nick Harrison cover the following topics: training and diet; coaching; psychology; money; drugs; male / female differences; health risks.
