Nicole Livingstone is a FoodSwitch ambassador, Olympic swimmer and TV host. She is really aware of good nutrition because of her athletic background but that was a long time ago and she is not an elite athlete any more, so her nutritional choices now need to be different as a mother of three comparing to when she was an athlete quiet a few years ago now. It's really important for her to lead by example for her kids as well. She thinks with healthy living the kids see you doing that and it becomes part of their routine and its not just about making good food choices. It's also about getting out and doing activities and exercise as well. Her kids know that she tries to eat healthy and tries to exercise as well. So for her to lead by example they just follow it and it almost becomes an automatic pilot for them.
