Nicole Livingstone is a FoodSwitch Ambassador, Olympic swimmer & TV host. She thinks that one of the common things that people do wrong is picking things that they think are actually healthy but not actually knowing the content of the food. She has made choices in the past without researching or really looking at the food then finding out that it was actually really high in sugar, it may have been really low in fat but really high in sugar and therefore her body reacts to that sugar. If you are trying to keep at a healthy weight then then high sugar products are not what you want. So she thinks that being educated about the food choices that you make is something that everybody needs to try to do, but we don't have a enough time to do it so that is why the FoodSwitch app is such a great product because it does take the thinking out of it but it also educates you.
