Domestic violence campaigner Rosie Batty, Australian of the Year 2015 for Victoria, shares the story behind a doll given to her as a child by her grandmother. Rosie has put domestic violence on the national agenda by calling for systemic change. She chose the doll, wearing clothing hand-knitted by her grandmother, to represent her story and the importance of family, in the Australian of the Year exhibition at the National Museum of Australia.
