How can we bring sustainable energy to refugee camps? Every year, millions of children and their families become refugees and find safety and shelter in UNHCR camps.
Access to energy and lighting is a critical issue for refugees living within camps. Light and energy means better safety, health and the chance to study, cook and work after dark. The IKEA Foundation is working with UNHCR to improve access to lighting and energy for refugees in these camps.
Look out how you can get involved in making refugee lives brighter on February 1, 2015.
