Introducing the Museum Robots, Kasparov and Chesster, who are helping school students from across Australia to take a virtual tour of the National Museum in Canberra. Students from Gungahlin College are among those who have joined the laser-guided Museum Robots to access galleries and expertise from a Museum educator. The robots use new mobile telepresence technology, delivered via high speed broadband connection. The project is a partnership between the National Museum, CSIRO and Department of Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy. More: http://www.nma.gov.au/engage-learn/robot-tours
