Thousands of people arrived in Chicago on July 22, 2017 to catch some extremely rare Pokémon, but server and networking issues ruined the day. The first big live event for the popular augmented reality game didn’t exactly go as planned, with the festival goers screaming at the company to “fix the game” and booing the CEO John Hanke.
