Former Brisbane Roar coach Mike Mulvey's lawsuit against the A-League club has ended, with the parties settling the matter outside court.

Mulvey, who was sacked in November 2014, was reportedly seeking about $270,000 in damages, the equivalent of an 18-month payout.

A hearing was listed between Mr Mulvey and the club at the Brisbane District Court on Thursday but it has been vacated after a private agreement was reached outside court.
