New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft was charged with two counts of soliciting prostitution on Friday.

Kraft was charged with paying for sexual services at Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter, Florida,according to TCPalm.com. Jupiter Police say there is video evidence of Kraft in both incidents.

The charges come in relation to a months-long investigation by Florida police into massage parlors that were tied to human trafficking, that resulted in 10 spas getting shut down.

Jupiter Police Chief Daniel Kerr spoke to reporters about charges against at least of individuals, and confirmed that the Kraft that had been charged was the Patriots owner.

Kerr confirms the charges against Kraft around the 2:35 mark in the press conference below.

Kraft released the following statement in response to the news:

“We categorically deny that Mr. Kraft engaged in any illegal activity. Because it is a judicial matter, we will not be commenting further.”
