Learn how to keep your house plants thriving all year round in a workshop – to be held next month – with architect and indoor-grower Jason Chongue. The workshop will cover watering, lighting, repotting and general maintenance and Chongue will also show participants around his showroom at The Plant Society, 33-39 Keele Street, Collingwood. Coming up Roses

The rose production nursery Treloar Roses, based just outside Portland, will host a series of free rose-pruning, feeding and planting talks and demonstrations from 11am next Saturday ( June 1).
