From Federal Labor to Collingwood’s Jaidyn Stephenson — here’s my 10 talking points from the week.

1 Federal Labor haven’t learnt very much. Anthony Albanese is out on a listening tour but somehow he and his team are suffering from post-election deafness. The Liberals took one policy to the polls — tax cuts — and won. If ever a party had a mandate to implement policy, the Libs do now. Where’s that fresh approach Albo was promising?

2 There are good and not so good people in any organisation. And while that would be true of the WA Police Force, in my dealings I’ve only ever found them to be courteous, professional, respectful and committed.
