Cotton finished the 2019-20 regular season as the NBL’s scoring leader, averaging 22.6 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 3.8 assists a game, leading the Wildcats to a 19-9 record; good for second in the league.
The reigning NBL champion won the Andrew Gaze MVP award back in 2018, and was a Grand Final MVP in 2017. During his four seasons with the Wildcats, Cotton has led the team to two titles, and is looking to add one more to his resume come the postseason at the end of February.

The Cairns Taipans’ Mike Kelly was the winner of the Coach of the Year Award, while LaMelo Ball walked away with the Rookie of the Year award.
