Tottenham's Son Heung-Min has surpassed 50 league goals as the South Korean's brace earned a late 3-2 win at Aston Villa in the English Premier League on Sunday.

Spurs defender Toby Alderweireld scored at both ends in the first half after the Belgian handed Villa the lead with a ninth-minute own goal before making amends with a half-volley to equalise.

Son put Jose Mourinho's side ahead on the stroke of half-time to claim his half-century of goals by converting a rebound after missing a penalty kick.

Villa defender Bjorn Engels, who gave away the penalty, headed in a corner for his first club goal to make it 2-2, but Son raced away in the fourth minute of stoppage time to seal a dramatic winner.
