The SES has told people in the following areas of north west Sydney to leave by 11pm as the Hawkesbury River rises:

Parts of Pitt Town, around Percy's Place Caravan Park

South Windsor Sewage Treatment Plant

Cornwallis and eastern part of Richmond Lowlands

Western part of Richmond Lowlands

Further parts of Ebenezer
