A young woman has thanked two hero tradies who rescued her from a backyard pool in Perth.
The car can be seen careening through the fence of a Thornlie property before plunging into a family's pool.
Neighbours rushed to save the woman trapped in the sinking vehicle.
Her rescuers can be heard saying, "Get out of the car, come on, go, you alright?"
The two men, Ed and Adam, who jumped into the pool were forced to smash the window of the car with a brick to pull the woman to safety.
"She'd be dead now," Ed said.
"She was in full panic mode. Adam was on one side talking to her (saying) 'get away from the window'.
"I'm just really pleased she's okay, that's the most important thing."
The rescued driver, Thiri Htut, thanked the men for saving her life.
The 25-year-old woman has been charged with unlicensed and drink driving.
