Scores of Ukrainian civilians remain trapped at the steelworks in the besieged city of Mariupol despite Russian President Vladimir Putin saying his troops would allow them to leave safely. Ukrainians say the Russians have not kept the promise of a ceasefire and have not given an opportunity for the civilians exit.
