Tom Hawkins is having a day out.
He has kicked a career-high six goals by half-time at the MCG against a fighting, but struggling, Bombers side, and helped the Cats to a doubling of their opponents score.

Geelong lead Essendon at half-time 14.4 (88) to 7.2 (44).
